Policy and Procedures

Cake Ordering:

1. I do not work with fondant cakes or sheet cakes.

2. Please inquire 1-2 weeks before the event. Anything sooner than one week is subject to a rush/squeeze in fee.

3. I require a 50% non-refundable deposit one week before the event for custom orders. The rest is due before pickup time.

​

4. I reserve the right to refuse service to whom I see fit. 

​

5. Spending hours talking to me about a cake does not give you a cake. NO DEPOSIT = NO CAKE

Pickups:

1. Address for pickup provided when order is placed and paid for.

​

2. Remaining balance for the cake is to be paid in full before receiving the cake.

​

3. Once full payment is received please let me know when you are 5 minutes away so I can place the cake out on the pickup table in front of the house to ensure a safe contactless pickup.

4. Once the cake is picked up it's the customer's responsibility to make sure it arrives at its destination safely. Please ask if you have any questions on handling the cake.

5. Buttercream cakes are left in the fridge (minimum) 6-8 hours before pickup. This is to ensure a safe transportation. Please give the cake at least 2 hours (away from direct sunlight) to come up to room temperature so you can enjoy a soft moist delicious cake!
